Step 1: open the Control Panel:

Step 2: please ensure that the settings are viewed in Large icons

Step 3: search for Sound icon and click on it


Step 4: navigate to Playback tab and right click on Speakers


Step 5: click on Properties option


Step 6: navigate to the Enhancements tab and select Loudness Equalization.
