How to Close an App in Chrome Forcedly

You can install various apps in your Google Chrome, which are associated with business, productivity, photography, and social. Suppose that you are running a kind of Chrome app, but it comes to stop and becomes unresponsive all of sudden. In this case, it will get stuck and you cannot do anything except closing the browser forcefully. Thus, due to this case, you can close the unresponsive app quickly with the instruction below. And then, you don’t have to close the whole browser forcedly.

How to Close an Unresponsive App of Chrome Forcedly

Step 1: On the Chrome window, when you encounter a nonworking app, please click on its menu icon which is on the right top of the Chrome window.

Step 2: you will get a drop-down menu. At that time, please click Tools


Step 3: a sub-menu will appear. By then, please click on Task Manager

Note: if you think the above steps are too complicated for you, you can hit Shift and Esc keys together to get the Task Manager of the browser easily.

Step 4: when the Task Manager of Chrome is opened, you will get a list of the running processes. Now, you can scroll this list to find out the nonworking app and stop it forcedly by click on it to select it and click on End Process.

After that, the unresponsive app will be stopped and you can go on browsing on your browser smoothly again.
