Steps to Replace the Default Shutdown Button with Others from Start Menu

If you want to make your PC to sleep or hibernate state, you have to click the arrow which is next to Shutdown icon in the Start Menu and click sleep or hibernate. However, in fact, it is possible to skip this step to achieve this goal by replacing the Shutdown icon with the desired action including sleep and hibernate. Now follow the steps below to change it.

Step 1: right-click on Start Menu and choose Properties


Step 2: Then you will get the Taskbar and Start Menu Properties. Now navigate to Start Menu tab

Step 3: you will see the power button and you can select the action that you want to replace the Shutdown button
